3. When you make decisions, are you more unemotional and task driven or are you more emotional and people driven?
4. Once you’ve determined whether you’re unemotional/task driven or emotional/people driven, rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10. (For example, 1 will mean you make extremely emotional decisions, 10 will mean your decisions are totally unemotional.) In the example below, we have indicated an emotional decision maker, who feels that they are a 3, on the scale from 1 – 10.
